Who we are
We are a non-profit social cooperative that generates spaces and methodologies in organizations and society for the co-creation of social, economic and environmental value simultaneously.
+ 10 years of experience in participatory processes and methods, training people for their participation in society, empowering marginalized communities and creating spaces for interaction between interested parties, public authorities and neighbors.
After living and working in Germany, Denmark, Ghana and Spain, Marieke has practical experience in topics such as diverse communities, integration, inclusion and migration.

+ 30 years of experience in international social projects with more than 20 partners from 10 countries. Specialization in working with groups in vulnerable situations and in the management of multicultural projects.
Probens' Manager until 2021, today President. She has co-founded and is an active member of the European network REIN who is over 25 years old. Since 2010, leader in the coordination and implementation of youth mobility programs (reception and sending) in Catalonia with organizations from Germany, Italy and Poland.
+ 7 years of international experience in the management of non-profit organizations. Specialization in the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for social and environmental projects.
She worked in Argentina in grassroots organizations and in microentrepreneurship programs in vulnerable neighborhoods. In Germany at CSSP Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation, where she coordinated the project “Strengthening the mediation system in Albania”. In Australia at Ethinvest, working for investments with social and environmental impact.
